Coaching Services
Terms and Conditions

By purchasing any and all coaching services with The Admin Advocate®, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Coaching Services

  • Coaching is for educational and professional development purposes only and is not a substitute for legal, financial, mental health, medical, or other professional advice.

  • The Client remains fully responsible for all decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from participation in coaching.

2. Confidentiality

  • All information shared in coaching sessions will be kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law.

  • While confidentiality is maintained, the Coach cannot guarantee the security of electronic communications.

  • All materials provided are for your individual use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed.

  • Recording coaching sessions is not permitted without express written consent from both parties.

3. Communication & Session Format

  • Sessions will be conducted via phone unless another format is approved in writing.

  • Communication regarding scheduling or questions should be sent via email.

  • Phone numbers will be exchanged prior to your session.

  • Clients arriving late will still end at the scheduled time.

4. Scheduling

  • Initial session will be booked via email communication following the Client’s purchase of coaching bundle.

  • At the end of each session, the Coach and Client will schedule the following month’s session.

  • Sessions are to be booked no more than once per calendar month unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. No-Show Policy

  • A “no-show” is when a client fails to attend a scheduled session without “Prior Notice”.

  • Prior Notice: written communication must be provided at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture.

  • Emergency cancellations must be communicated as soon as reasonably possible, and exceptions to the No-Show Policy may be made at the discretion of The Admin Advocate® in cases of emergency.

6. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • The Admin Advocate® reserves the right to reschedule a session should unforeseen circumstances arise. Efforts will be made to fund a new time within the same calendar month.

  • If the Coach and Client are unable to find an appropriate time to reschedule the session within the same calendar month, both parties will agree to:

    • Schedule two sessions in the following month, or

    • Extend the coaching period by one month, or

    • Issue a pro-rated refund for the missed month.

  • Unused sessions do not roll over to future months unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

7. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in cases where The Admin Advocate® cancels and cannot reschedule within a reasonable time frame.

  • Refunds are not available for unused sessions or for dissatisfaction with results.

  • Any approved refund will be prorated and processed within 5 business days.
