Mentoring Services
Terms and Conditions
By booking or subscribing to mentoring services with The Admin Advocate™, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Mentoring Services (Applies to All Mentoring Clients)
The Admin Advocate™ provides mentoring and training services for professional development purposes only.
These services do not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice.
Any decisions or actions you take as a result of mentoring sessions are your responsibility.
2. Confidentiality (Applies to All Mentoring Clients)
All information shared in mentoring sessions will be kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law.
You agree not to share or distribute any materials provided during sessions without written permission.
3. Communication & Session Format (Applies to All Mentoring Clients)
Mentoring sessions are typically conducted via Zoom unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Links and access instructions will be provided prior to your session.
Sessions will begin promptly at the agreed time and end at the scheduled end time, regardless of start time.
4. No-Show Policy (Applies to All Mentoring Clients)
A “no-show” is when a mentee fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice.
If you are unable to attend a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
Sessions missed without prior notice will be considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Exceptions may be made at The Admin Advocate™’s discretion in cases of emergency.
5. Refund Policy (Applies to All Mentoring Clients)
All sales for one-time mentoring sessions are final except in cases where The Admin Advocate™ cancels and cannot reschedule within a reasonable time frame.
Subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, except as outlined in the Rescheduling section below.
6. Additional Terms for One-Time Mentoring Sessions
Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
These sessions are standalone services and do not include subscription benefits.
Any rescheduling requests must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
7. Additional Terms for Monthly Mentoring Subscriptions
a. Session Scheduling
At the end of each session, the mentor and mentee will schedule the following month’s session.
Sessions are to be booked no more than once per calendar month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
b. Rescheduling
The Admin Advocate™ reserves the right to reschedule a session should unforeseen circumstances arise.
If the mentor and mentee are unable to find an appropriate time to reschedule the session within the same calendar month, both parties will agree either to:
Schedule two sessions in the following month, or
Issue a refund for the missed month.
c. Subscription Billing & Cancellations
Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis until you choose to cancel.
If you cancel your subscription, you will still receive any mentoring session(s) you have already paid for.
Example: If you are billed on the 5th for the month and your session is on the 22nd, you may still attend that session even if you cancel on the 18th.
Once your final paid session is complete, all future scheduled sessions will be cancelled, and no additional sessions will be delivered after your cancellation date.
Unused sessions do not roll over to future months unless specifically agreed upon in writing between the mentor and mentee.
By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
